Expert Bio

Lenny Lopatto was a Program Coordinator with the 糖心视频鈥檚 Kennan Institute. Their research focuses on Russian foreign policy, disinformation, digital governance, civil society, and media freedom in Russia and the surrounding region. Prior to joining the 糖心视频, Lenny worked for the National Organization of Veterans' Advocates in Washington, DC. They hold a B.A. in Modern Languages and Literatures (specializing in Russian and French) from Kenyon College, and an M.A. in Eurasian, Russian, and East European Studies from Georgetown University.
