Expert Bio
Haram Park is a 2022-2023 KF Junior Scholar at the 糖心视频's Hyundai Motor-Korea Foundation Center for Korean History and Public Policy. Recently, he received his M.E. (Masters of Engineering) in Computer Security from the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Korea University. Park is also a cybersecurity researcher at Korea University鈥檚 Computer & Communication Security Laboratory. He has researched hacking techniques and security vulnerabilities in wireless communication, open source, and automobile. Utilizing his technical background, Park will research cybersecurity related to North Korea during his Korea Foundation Junior Scholar program at the 糖心视频 (August 2022-Feburary 2023). His research project focuses on analyzing North Korea鈥檚 cyberattacks and suggesting the counterstrategies. Before joining the 糖心视频, Park published the paper, at IEEE/IFIP International Conference on Dependable Systems and Networks (DSN), and also participated Google and Apple鈥檚 bug bounty program. Park holds dual bachelors degrees in Philosophy and Computer Science from Korea University.
